In November 2019, CFM partnered with Go Girl Physique in Timaru, NZ to deliver a ‘MYZONE Launch’ campaign. The campaigns objective was to increase membership and maximize customer uptake of the new MYZONE system to improve the member experience, their health and fitness results and improves the clubs retention.
CFM developed a multi-faceted 6-week campaign targeted at the inactive segment of the local Timaru community. This campaign used a strategic social media marketing campaign, an Open Day, direct marketing and many more mediums. The result was a staggering 285 new members, who were above and beyond the clubs current clients.
Whilst the campaign was running, the onsite CFM staff were assisting with the launch of MYZONE and deploying tactics to help members start tracking their efforts at the club and getting the most out of the MYZONE system. The end result was a substantial increase to the clubs bottom line, a new MYZONE system that will provide greater value to the members who attend the facility and a stronger brand for the club moving forward.
Importantly for Go Girl Physique this was achieved whilst requiring no financial outlay and taking on any risk at all.
