Since 2003, Liam has been the bedrock of CFM Australia & New Zealand. From humble beginnings on the road to now the director of the company, Liam leads with a true passion for helping to improve the profitability of independent fitness clubs all over the continent.

Liam is bred out of Jan Juc, Victoria, so naturally is a surfing enthusiast while at the same time sharing an uncanny resemblance to an ill greyhound while rocking a shaved head.

From humble beginnings as a CFM telemarketer in 2016, Sam has worked in every corner of CFM, from Call Centre Manager, to On-Road Sales Consultant and now or Business Development Manager covering Victoria, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania,
he epitomises what CFM stands for.

Sam loves sport, but doesn’t like winning it when he plays.

The superstar from Wangaratta, Benny has set CFM and the clubs he works with on fire since the day he started. With a special ability to build rapport with everyone he meets and a passion for health and fitness, Ben is a perfect fit for CFM and independent clubs over Australia & NZ.

As a passionate Fremantle supporter, it hasn’t been an easy life for him as a football fan, but demonstrates his strong character trait of loyalty (as how else would he support the club for his entire life?)

Hailing from Gore in the South Island of New Zealand, there aren’t too many who know the fitness industry as well as Rach.

From running her own fitness centres to travelling around Australia & New Zealand facilitating Marketing Campaigns and now as the Senior Business Development Manager at CFM, Rach’s accumulated knowledge ensures that she can confidently understand the nuances of what makes your club special, and use this to help separate your club from the pack. Rach is known as a country music afficiando, and can likely be found jamming out to John Denver with a red wine in hand.

Emmy is our Head Designer and the brains behind a lot of CFM’s presence both online and in-person, with her journey startying at CFM back in 2007.

With a keen eye for detail, Emmy has always ensured that CFM’s brand and imagery stays ahead of the pack and in-line with our status as industry leaders! Emmy in her spare time is also a plant connoisseur who has helped set up much of the greenery in our beautiful Torquay office, her only weakness remains her husband.

Hannah has been the leader of our industry-renowned social media team since 2016, with our social media under her watch being labelled as ‘inspiring’ by Facebook and shared on Facebook’s official page with over 200m likes.

Our social media continues to break grounds under Hannah’s leadership, with her strong relationship with the Facebook HQ in Melbourne helping our deployment strategies stay first class, and while she continues to dominate calls with Facebook, her kids continue to dominate her. Without bias she has the single greatest assortment of digital fitness knowledge in the known universe.

Tess is our graphics superstar and is the genius behind a lot of the content that goes out during our campaigns, she rips it on both a surfboard and on Premier Pro. Tess is also the undisputed prank queen of CFM, planting speakers making high pitched sounds underneath CFMers desks since 2017.

Brian has been CFM’s finance guru since 2009 and continues to be an integral part of the CFM team, going above and beyond to ensure CFM runs smoothly is Brian’s forte. Brian lives and breathes the Melbourne Football Club, and therefore will be riding off the high of the 2021 premiership for the the foreseeable future. 

Born & raised in New Zealand, Elise Scott is a Melbourne-based photograher and legend, who is dynamite at capturing the spirit of your club for our marketing.

Jade is a CFM superstar who has been with us since 2017 and has left a huge impact on everyone she works with! From top producer awards, to managing departments in HQ and now on the road with CFM, Jade has a strong understanding of everything CFM is about! Jade’s only flaw is her unrivalled support of the Richmond Tigers, who have continually beaten CFM hometown favourites Geelong over the past few years.

Millsy is another superstar career CFMer, born and bred in Geelong. From dominating in the CFM HQ, to winning Sales Consultant of the year in his first year on the road, and now a gun Marketing Manager, there isn’t much Nik can’t do!

Millsy can often be found with his signature radiating smile, a burger on his plate, and an ice cold beer on the side.

Another Kiwi with a passion for health and fitness, Connor is one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet. Growing up in a small town called Winton, Connor has a strong understanding of the benefits of health and fitness and has a fantastic ability to help those he meets understand these benefits. As a self proclaimed High School Musical superfan, Connor is a man that appreciates the fine arts of the world.

Natalie is another recruit from Gore, NZ! Natalie is one of the most caring individuals you will ever meet, completing every task with a smile and genuine care for what she is doing.
